Pick an agent to configure, or create a new one. Everything else (Setup, Voices, Telephony, Calls, Test) works on whichever one you select here.
First time here? Set up an agent in four steps:
- Create an agent below (any name - just for you to recognize it).
- Open Setup and describe your business in plain language - it fills in the opening line, how it describes itself, and what to collect from callers.
- Open Voices to preview and pick a Hindi and English voice.
- Open Test to have an actual spoken conversation with it from your browser - no phone needed. When you're happy, flip it to active on the Setup page and set up Telephony to take real calls.
